Account Manager – Outbound & Client Success

Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships and manage outbound outreach campaigns on SalesMind AI. This role sits at the intersection of client success, outbound execution, and performance reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are properly configured, executed, optimized, and that clients clearly understand the value and results they get from the platform. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor outbound outreach campaigns (LinkedIn & multichannel) for assigned clients
- Configure, launch, and optimize campaigns based on client ICP, persona, and objectives
- Manage client relationships end-to-end (onboarding, follow-ups, ongoing success)
- Act as the main point of contact for clients using SalesMind AI
- Manage and supervise client LinkedIn accounts used for outreach (within platform guidelines)
- Track campaign performance (reply rates, meetings booked, conversion metrics)
- Provide clear and structured performance reports to clients
- Identify issues, risks, or underperformance and propose corrective actions
- Coordinate internally with product, automation, or support teams when needed
- Ensure clients follow best practices and platform usage rules
Technical Stack
- Experience with outbound sales or lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and sales automation tools
- Ability to understand ICPs, personas, sequences, and messaging logic
- Comfortable reading and explaining performance metrics and reports
- Basic understanding of CRM (Go high level) and SaaS platforms
